I tried to convince you that I am a racist

Because I believe we are brothers fighting

To end racism together

But we are together and I am not a racist

Did you know?  That a racist school has different colors of the rainbow

It is a school because it is somewhere with education

It was a place in my heart

See I thought that by calling myself racist I could bring

This world of ours to a new world but I want to belong in your world

Because my heart is real and racism is not real

I will not be a slave we deserve better energy

When I think about it is easy to hate but much easier to hate myself

And just because I hate doesn’t mean I am hatred

I tried to convince you that I am a sexist

Because I believe we are brothers with sisters

Fighting with brothers and sisters

But we are brothers and I am not a sexist

I was wrong.  Just because I was sexist for one day

Doesn’t make me a sexist my whole life

It is not my name and should not be one of the words we share

See I thought that by calling myself sexist I could be a man

And make the world understand that I finally have the chance to be weak

But you said I deserve a better lifestyle

When I think about it is easy to identify a woman as a hero but difficult

To understand because I am not a woman

And just because our friendship is beyond respect

I want us to introduce ourselves as heroes

Because she is our sister I’ll tell her I am stronger

Because my heart is real and sexism is not real
