Apple iPhones Available Today!
Apple change the way we look at music players with their iPod series. Will they change the way we look at cell phones? The iPhone comes out today and only available with AT&T. This highly anticipated new gadget has some fans going crazy. Many predict that the iPhone will be out of stock very shortly and those who want one, may be waiting for a while.
I personally want an iPhone. But I might wait until the price goes down or if there are news or rumors of a new version in the works already. Who knows, we may soon find out that they are building an iPhone Nano
A Classic Saxophone Love Song
When I see and hear people play like this, it makes me want to play the Saxophone again. I use to play in Junior High, for maybe about three years, but it was no where near as good as she plays.
She is playing one of my favorite oldie love songs, ‘Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love for You’ by Glenn Medeiros. I can listen to this all night. Have a glass of wine and just chill.

- Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
- People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.

Confessions of a facebook Junkie!
Ok, Ok. I know my lack of entries during the last couple of months has been blamed to me being busy. Which is true, I have never been more swamped with work than I have been lately. I’m still pursing my education and also trying to have some type of social life. However with that said, I do have a confession to make. I’ve been addicted to a social network site, which I seem to have time for every day…
It’s not MySpace.com or Friendster.com, or hi5, or even the original social networks like AsianAvenue.com, BlackPalnet.com or Migente.com. It’s the fastest growing social network today. Yes, facebook. :S. I was never really into Social networks. Normally I would create profiles just to see what the big fuss was about and usually I would abandon them for a while. But this facebook thing is different from the rest. It’s much more personal with great security and privacy features.
You can choose who is able to view your profile and even control the details of what they can see. Live news feed as your home page is great. It gives you news on the latest actives of your friends, colleges and family.
However, as facebook continues to grow, so does its features. Recently they allowed various types of applications that you can add on your profile page. Applications such as horoscope, maps, Paint, music/movie play list and much more can be added on your page. I’m not a big fan of this because in time, facebook profiles will be similar to those of MySpace. It will be filled with so much crap that it hurts the eyes to even give it a page impression.
Overall I give facebook two thumbs up for now! It’s a great way to keep in touch with past classmates, colleagues and family members. It also has some great features such as Market Place where you can advertise, whether you are buying, selling, giving or looking.
*I am not a facebook junkie. Trust me I’m beginning to lose interest.
…… Ok, alright. Not just yet.
I Almost Had…
I am in the process of moving and while I was going through a lot of papers (just to let you know I hate to throw things out), I found this poem I wrote way back in the day, maybe four years old or more. Anyway as I read it, I really liked the flow of it; it’s more of an open mike type of poem. I figured I’d share it with all of you.
P.S. I know I haven’t posted in a while. I honestly am so busy and I need to find writers for the blog. Personally for me I prefer to be behind the scene, doing the marketing side of it.
So if you like to write, or be a guest on this blog, please contact me.
Thanks,
C
I Almost Had…
At times I wonder if things could have been different,
Maybe I should have said a little more, or maybe a little less
Maybe I should have tried a little harder,
But for real man… I was doing my best.
I thought we had something real,
But I was a fool to think that we had a deal.
Maybe it’s not love, maybe it’s just you who I lust.
What I want from you, you could never give.
What you want in life, I could never conceive.
At times I front and say that it don’t bother me,
But for those of you who know, Damn if only you could see,
that each night I push you out of my head
And after all these years, I still cry in bed.
I’ll live life day by day, and trust in love to lead me the way
If I fail and don’t find what I want, I’ll look back and think of this love
… I almost had….
